  In being brand new to crossfit 6 months ago I was a bit intimidated to try it out, but showed up due to a push from a friend. Best thing I’ve ever done. I have never felt more empowered and in shape (and I am a 36 year old single momma) in my life! I started out doing things modified and worked my way up to doing many things Rx at this point! When I don’t come, I miss it! My body loves the constant challenge as does my mind! Amazing coaches, amazing workouts, and a GREAT crew to get to know and push yourself with!! Everyone cheers one another on and no one is left behind no matter where you’re at on your CF journey!
  Absolutely love Crossfit Vehemence and would recommended to people of all shapes, sizes, and ages!!!
